Maths Ashram offers services subject to any client/customers’ acceptance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “Terms”) and the terms and conditions of the Service Level Assurance Agreement outlined below:

The Terms of the agreement will start on the date the customer enrolled for our services and will only end when terminated by either party by the Terms.

 Maths Ashram has the complete authority to use its Brand Logo. The Brand Logo can come in many different forms for all the services that are offered here. It will be effective without any agreement/ consent of its clients/customers.

Service Description

Maths Ashram may provide the client/customer with one, two or more of the offered services. This will completely depend on the service package that the client/customer will choose.    

Unless hinted / explicitly or mentioned otherwise, any new feature that betters or enhances the services should be considered part of the services. Maths Ashram has the authority to reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the services at any point of time (or any part thereof), based on any aspect like non-cooperation, non-payment or undesired delay from the client without informing or providing any kind of notice (written/orally/verbally). The customer/client expressly agrees that the customer/client or any associated third party shall not hold Maths Ashram or its team members liable for any type of damages or losses or consequences whatsoever from such modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.

Access to Information

To access the Maths Ashram website or Maths Ashram Services, the client or the customer might be asked to provide some relevant registration details and necessary information. It is a condition of customers/clients’ use of services or access to the Maths Ashram website that all the information that is provided or given by the customer/client will be complete and correct. In case the team of Maths Ashram believes or gets to know that whatever the information that the customer or client has provided is not correct or is wrong, misleading, or incomplete, it has the right to deny or refuse the customer/client access to any service or any of its resources.  We also have the right and authority to suspend or terminate the account of the customers/clients at any point of time of the day without any notice.

  • All the audio and video between you and our tutors are recorded for quality and training purposes. These recordings shall not be shared with you for any reason whatsoever. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to our collecting, recording and use of your audio/video recordings and personal information for the above-mentioned purposes.    

If there are any legal problems due to these photos or videos, Maths Ashram isn’t responsible for any claims for damages unless you’ve explicitly asked us in writing not to use your media, and we’ve acknowledged your request.

Use of Your Personal Information

We use the gathered information to analyze practices, carry out research, monitor the services, know about each other’s movements and learning patterns around the services and collect demographic information and usage behaviour about our clientele as a whole. Individual and Aggregated data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to assist us in improving our services. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways described in our policy. We might use the behaviour patterns and individual data combined with personal details to provide you with customized content and improve your learning goals. We do not share, trade or sell your information to any third party unless we have been authorized by you either electronically or in writing to do so.   • Our trusted service providers who work on our behalf don’t have an independent use of the information we disclose to them and have agreed to comply with the rules outlined in this Policy.

When we believe that disclosure is required to safeguard our rights, safeguard your security or the security of others, address security or technical problems, investigate fraud or respond to a government request. As necessary by law, such as to adhere to a subpoena or similar legal procedure.          

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns about content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to our support team.

Refund Policy

We appreciate the trust of our customers. To honour that trust, we have created this refund policy to work transparently.  

  • Validity: The Policy will continue to remain valid until it is specifically revoked/replaced by us. Any refund request received from you will be processed under this policy.

  • Scope: This policy applies to the processing of any refund of applicable fees paid by the customers for enrolling the student in the respective course provided by Maths Ashram.

  • Objective: The objective of this policy is to ensure transparency in the refund process and the complete satisfaction of our customers. This policy ensures that the refunds are processed legally.   

When client/clients/ customer/customers buy the service from Maths Ashram, the team guarantees that the deal is covered by a money-back guarantee that is for 15 days. In case if the client/clients/customers/customers are dissatisfied or not happy with the service for any reason with the service of our business, Maths Ashram, then depending on that, a complete refund is possible after detailed analysis and investigation.

If you want to request a refund, you just have to connect with the Maths Ashram support team or customer care executives. You have to provide your details along with your contact details within fourteen (14) days of availing services.

Process of Requesting Refunds

  • Customer Obligation: If a customer wants to withdraw the admission from Maths Ashram, such customers have to visit the office of Maths Ashram in person, in which the student is currently availing the Course and submit the application for refund/withdrawal, in writing (“Application”) mentioning the reasons for seeking such refund. The date of submission of the written application at the Maths Ashram Centre will be taken into consideration for the calculation of the refund amount. A refund request will be considered valid only if the application is submitted by the customer in person at the relevant Maths Ashram centre, and any deviation from these necessities shall not be considered for refunds.  

Refunds and Application Fees

  • Registration fee: Customers have to pay upfront fees for registration for the coaching courses under the Maths Ashram (“Registration Fee”). The Registration Fee shall be completely refundable in case of any Application received by the Maths Ashram Centre for withdrawal of admission by the Customer before the completion of 14 calendar days from the Orientation date (“Registration Refund Period”). No registration fee shall be refunded to the customer in case of any withdrawal of admission, for which the Application is received by us at the Maths Ashram Centre after completion of the Registration Refund Period, as mentioned above.

We request that you please include the invoice number that we might have sent you via email. We would also like to know the reason why you are requesting a refund. We do this because we take the feedback of customers/clients very seriously. We then use it to better the quality of our services.

We inform you that refunds won’t be provided for services that are provided in full. Refunds are processed within 90 days.
